رجلٌ من ورق

الدكتور حسن أحمديان، أستاذٌ إيرانيٌّ يظهر على الجزيرة والعربية والواقع بلغةٍ فصيحةٍ هادئة، يقول إنّ إيرانَ لا أطماعَ لها ولا تُدير شبكاتٍ في المنطقة، وإنّ دستورها لا يذكر تصديرَ الثورة. نضع كلامَه أمام الوثائق: نائبُ طهران زاكاني قال إنّ عواصمَ عربيةً "باتت بيد إيران"، ورئيسُ برلمانهم قاليباف قال "المقاومةُ وإيرانُ روحٌ واحدة"، وديباجةُ الدستور والمادة ١٥٤ وميثاقُ الحرس الثوري تنصّ صراحةً على تصدير الثورة ونصرة "المستضعفين في كل بقاع الأرض". حتى أحمديان نفسه كتب مقالاً عن قتال السعودية. وحين أسقطت أمريكا صدّام عام ٢٠٠٣، باركت أحزابُ إيرانَ الغزو. لا نُحاكمه بألسنتنا، بل بألسنة قادته ودستوره.

Dr. Hassan Ahmadian, an Iranian professor who appears on Al Jazeera, Al Arabiya and الواقع in calm, fluent Arabic, claims Iran has no regional ambitions, runs no networks, and that its constitution never mentions exporting the revolution. We put his words against the documents: Tehran MP Zakani said Arab capitals "belong to Iran"; parliament speaker Ghalibaf said "resistance and Iran are one soul"; the constitution's Preamble, Article 154 and the IRGC's own charter explicitly enshrine exporting the revolution and "supporting the oppressed in every corner of the globe." Ahmadian himself wrote an article on fighting Saudi Arabia. And when the US toppled Saddam in 2003, Iran's parties blessed the invasion. We don't judge him with our words , but with his leaders' and his constitution's.
