الصندوق الاسود

هذا الفيلم يفتحُ «الصندوقَ الاسود»: على بُعدِ خمسينَ كيلومتراً من بغداد, بقعةٌ لا يدخلُها الجيشُ العراقيُّ نفسُه, هي جرفُ الصخر. كانت بلدةً سنيّةً زراعيةً على طريقِ كربلاء؛ دخلَها داعش عام ٢٠١٤, فحرّرتها قوةٌ يقودُها الحشد في يومين وسمّتها جرفَ النصر. لكنَّ العدوَّ رحلَ في ايام, والاهلُ , اكثرُ من مئةِ الفِ نازح , لم يعودوا حتى اليوم؛ بل اصدرت السلطاتُ آلافَ مذكراتِ الاعتقالِ بحقِّهم, وهدّدتْ بملاحقةِ كلِّ من يطالبُ بعودتِهم, وادانتْ الاممُ المتحدةُ ذلك. تحوّلت البلدةُ الى منطقةٍ عسكريةٍ مغلقةٍ تديرُها كتائبُ حزبِ الله , صندوقٌ اسودُ على بابِ العاصمة. وكتائبُ حزبِ الله ليست الاكبرَ عدداً, بل الاحدَّ ولاءً لايران وامبراطوريةَ مالٍ تبتلعُ معابرَ الحدود وتُدفَعُ رواتبُها من موازنةِ العراق؛ وهي الفصيلُ الذي نُسبتْ اليه مسيّرةٌ ضربتْ بيتَ رئيسِ الوزراءِ الاسبقِ الكاظمي عام ٢٠٢١. والحقيقةُ ان رافعةَ الحملةِ ليست الزيدي, بل حسابُ نفطِ العراقِ لدى الفيدرالي الاميركي في نيويورك, حيث تخنقُ واشنطن الدولارَ لتُجبرَ بغداد. لكنَّ الزيدي يدينُ بكرسيِّه للاطارِ الذي يضمُّ هذه الفصائل, وطهرانُ ارسلتْ قاآني ليقولَ لهم لا تُسلّموا ولا تُحاربوا. لكنَّ الأرضَ تتحرّكُ تحتَ الفصائلِ المتشددة: الصدرُ حلَّ فصيلَه سرايا السلام وسلَّمَه للدولة ودعا الجميعَ لتسليمِ السلاح, وصار حصرُ السلاحِ بيدِ الدولةِ مطلبَ الحكومةِ والصدرِ وحتى ممثلي المرجعية, فيما تجري اوّلُ حملةِ تسجيلٍ وطنيةٍ للسلاح. والاهمُّ ان الجيشَ بدا يتحرّكُ نحوَ جرفِ الصخر نفسِها مع تدقيقٍ امنيٍّ يسبقُ عودةَ الاهل, والزيدي اوّلُ رئيسٍ يطرقُ بابَ الصندوقِ الاسودِ لاعادةِ سكانِه. تبقى الكتلةُ الصلبة (كتائبُ حزبِ الله والنجباء) رافضةً ولم يعُد احدٌ بعد, فهو زخمٌ لا نصرٌ نهائي, والاختبارُ الاصدقُ للسيادة: هل يعودُ اهلُ جرفِ الصخر الى بيوتِهم.

This film opens the "black box": Jurf al-Sakhr, a patch of Iraq fifty kilometers from Baghdad that the Iraqi army itself cannot enter. Once a Sunni farming town on the Karbala pilgrimage road, it was seized by ISIS in 2014 and retaken in two days by a Popular Mobilization-led force that renamed it Jurf al-Nasr, but its 120,000-plus residents were never allowed home; authorities issued thousands of arrest warrants against the displaced and threatened to prosecute anyone demanding their return, which the UN condemned. It became a sealed military zone run by Kataib Hezbollah, a black box on the capital's doorstep, and the real test of PM Ali al-Zaidi's campaign to bring every weapon under the state. The honest read: the true lever is not al-Zaidi's resolve but Iraq's oil account at the New York Federal Reserve, which Washington throttles to force Baghdad's hand, while Iran (via Ghaani) tells the factions neither to surrender nor to fight. But the film ends on earned hope, because the ground is shifting: Muqtada al-Sadr dissolved his own militia and handed it to the state, confining arms to the state alone is now demanded by the government, by Sadr, and even by Sistani's marjaiya, a first national weapons-registration drive is under way, and, as of today, the Iraqi army is moving on Jurf al-Sakhr itself with a security-vetting step set to precede the residents' return. The hard core (Kataib Hezbollah, Nujaba) still refuses and no one has returned yet, so it is momentum, not victory, and the truest measure of sovereignty is whether the people of Jurf al-Sakhr finally go home. NON-SECTARIAN: the victims are Iraqi civilians (the Sunni al-Janabi tribe) barred by an armed faction, not a sect, condemned by Shia MPs and the UN alike; the 2026 war is the platform's scenario while the Jurf history, the actors, and the New York-Fed lever are real and dated.
