صناعةُ الشك

يُغرقُك الفضاءُ الرقميُّ بأنَّ اتفاقَ مكةَ (السعودية-تركيا-باكستان) «فاشلٌ» و«ضعيفٌ» و«لن ينجح». لكنَّ الحلفَ عمرُه ايامٌ معدودة, ولا يُقاسُ ردعٌ في ٧٢ ساعة, فحكمُ «الفشل» سابقٌ لاوانِه لا تحليل. واعلى مَن يصرخونَ به هم الاكثرُ خوفًا منه, وفي مقدّمتِهم اسرائيل, لان كتلةً مسلمةً مستقلةً تُنهي حاجةَ الخليجِ الى مظلّةِ التطبيع. اما دليلُهم , وحتى حينَ قتلتْ مسيّرةٌ ثلاثةَ باكستانيينَ على ناقلةٍ في البحرِ الاحمر فادانتْ باكستانُ ولم تستدعِ الحلف , فقياسٌ خاطئ: معاهدةُ الدفاعِ تردُّ على غزوِ دولة, لا على كلِّ حادثةِ ملاحة. انظرِ الى الناتو: مادتُه الخامسةُ عملتْ مرةً واحدةً في سبعينَ عامًا, وبقيَ اقوى حلفٍ في التاريخ, لان قوتَه في الوقوفِ معًا لا في الرد. ومكةُ في حقيقتِها طبقاتٌ فوقَ المظلّةِ الاميركية: عمقٌ تركيٌّ وصناعةُ سلاح, وثقلُ باكستانَ النووي. اما البديلُ الذي يُروّجونَه , اتفاقُ ابراهيم , فاغرى بالمالِ والسلاحِ ولم يحمِ, والمقاتلاتُ الموعودةُ لم تصلْ. صناعةُ الشكِّ قديمة: قلّةٌ تصنعُ الضجيج, والتكرارُ يزرعُ القناعة, وانتَ الهدف. لا تدعِ الصوتَ يحكمُ لك , احكمْ على الحلفِ بالحربِ التي يمنعُها.

The feed drowns you in "the Mecca pact (Saudi-Turkey-Pakistan) failed, it's weak, it'll never work." But the pact is days old , you cannot judge a deterrent in 72 hours, so "it failed" is a premature verdict, not analysis. And the loudest such voices belong to those it threatens , Israel foremost, because a strong independent Muslim bloc ends the Gulf's need for the normalization security track. Their proof , a Houthi attack on shipping in the Red Sea that killed three Pakistani nationals, met by Pakistani condemnation rather than treaty activation , is still the wrong ruler: a mutual-defense treaty answers the invasion of a state, not attacks on commercial vessels. Look at NATO: Article 5 fired once in 70+ years, yet it is the mightiest alliance in history, because its power is standing together, not firing. Mecca is really layers on top of the US umbrella , Turkish depth and industry, Pakistan's nuclear weight. The alternative the noise sells , the Abraham Accords , lured with money and arms and did not protect; the promised jets never came. Manufacturing doubt is old: a few make the noise, repetition breeds belief, and you are the target. Do not let the loudest voice rule for you , judge the pact by the war it prevents.
