مصر تغرق في ١٦٥ مليار دولار من الديون، و٦٦٪ من إيراداتها تروح فوائد. لكن الثروة موجودة داخل البلد، والحلّ يبدأ بثلاث خطوات. أوّلاً، ضخّ ما يُنتَج فعلاً في خزينة الدولة. ثانياً، تطوير الغاز الجديد المكتشف ٢٠٢٦ بدون تكرار خطأ ظُهر. ثالثاً، تحويل ١١٠ ملايين مصري إلى محرّك الصناعة في العالم العربي. منذ ٢٠٢٣، السعوديّة قالتها صراحة: لا دعم بدون إصلاح. الخليج جاهز يبني، إذا مصر جاهزة تتغيّر.

Egypt is sinking under $165 billion in debt, with 66% of state revenue going to interest. But the wealth exists inside the country, and the path forward begins with three steps. First, redirect what's actually produced into the state treasury. Second, develop the new gas discovered in 2026 without repeating the Zohr mistake. Third, turn 110 million Egyptians into the manufacturing engine of the Arab world. Since 2023, Saudi Arabia has said it plainly: no support without reform. The Gulf is ready to build, if Egypt is ready to change.
