تدري (المنصة، الموقع، وتطبيق الجوال) منتج إعلامي وتحليليّ يديره فريق تدري. تحترم هذه السياسة خصوصيّتك وتشرح بلغة واضحة أيّ بيانات نجمع، ولماذا، ومع من نشاركها.

ما نجمعه

عند إنشاء حساب (تطبيق الجوال فقط): اسمك وبريدك الإلكترونيّ من خلال تسجيل الدخول بحساب آبل أو جوجل. لا نطلب أو نخزّن كلمة سرّك.

عند التفاعل في المنتدى: مشاركاتك، تعليقاتك، والتصويتات مرتبطة بحسابك. الأدمن يرى المشاركات وبإمكانه حذفها أو تعديلها أو كتم أصحابها إذا خالفوا قواعد المجتمع.

عند الاشتراك في VIP: رقم عمليّة الشراء من آبل مرتبط بحسابك حتّى تسترجع اشتراكك على أي جهاز. لا نتلقّى أو نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك؛ آبل تعالج الدفع بالكامل.

الإشعارات: إذا وافقت على الإشعارات، نحفظ رمز الإشعار من Expo لإرسال التنبيهات. تستطيع سحب الموافقة من إعدادات الجهاز في أيّ وقت.

القياسات والأعطال: نستخدم PostHog لتحليل كيفيّة استخدام التطبيق (الصفحات التي تُزار، الأزرار التي تُضغط)، ونستخدم Sentry لتلقّي تقارير الأعطال. البيانات مرتبطة بمعرّفك حين تكون مسجّلاً، ومجهولة حين لا تكون.

ما لا نجمعه: موقعك، جهات اتّصالك، صورك، رقم هاتفك، أيّ بيانات مصرفيّة أو صحّيّة.

مع من نشارك

نستخدم مزوّدي بنية تحتيّة موثوقين لتشغيل الخدمة:

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف تسويقيّة. أيّ طلب حكوميّ نستجيب له فقط إذا كان قانونيّاً وضروريّاً.

حقوقك

يحقّ لك في أيّ وقت أن تحذف حسابك، وتصدّر بياناتك، وتطلب معلومات عمّا نحتفظ به عنك. راسلنا على hello@tadrygcc.com.

الأطفال

الخدمة موجّهة للبالغين. لا نجمع عن قصد بيانات أطفال دون ١٣ عاماً.

Tadry (the platform, website, and mobile app) is a media and analysis product operated by the Tadry team. This policy explains in plain language what data we collect, why, and with whom we share it.

What we collect

Account (mobile app only): your name and email from Apple or Google sign-in. We never request or store your password.

Forum activity: your posts, comments, and votes are tied to your account. Admins can view, edit, or remove content and mute users who violate community rules.

VIP subscription: your Apple transaction ID is linked to your account so you can restore across devices. We never receive or store your payment card; Apple handles payment entirely.

Push notifications: if you opt in, we store your Expo push token to deliver alerts. Revoke anytime in device settings.

Analytics and crashes: we use PostHog to understand how the app is used (screens viewed, buttons tapped) and Sentry to receive crash reports. Data is tied to your identifier when signed in, and anonymous otherwise.

What we don't collect: your location, contacts, photos, phone number, or any banking or health data.

Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
